| "I contacted 5 Skate outlets leaving messages to call me back to help to choose the right Skates. Only 2 called back; Denisa from SkatePro and another (in the UK). Denisa really impressed me with her willingness to help me, but the other didn't seem bothered, so I called Denisa back to finalise my choice; the size 9.5 Roces Gymnasium 2.0’s.
