The Wilson MG2 Mouth Guard is crafted to reduce the likelihood of concussions and dental harm during vigorous sports. Made with top-notch, resilient materials, this mouthguard offers a snug and reliable fit, enabling you to engage in your activities without interruptions.
Featuring an innovative dual-layer design, the Wilson MG2 Mouth Guard provides outstanding protection from impacts and shocks. Its exterior layer efficiently disperses impact forces, while the internal layer cushions and absorbs, lessening the chance of harm to teeth, gums, and jaws.
Ideal Fitment for Adults and Youth:
Recognizing the importance of comfort and fit, Wilson offers the MG2 Mouth Guard in adult and youth sizes.
The adult version suits those aged 10 and older, whereas the youth version is tailored to individuals 10 years or younger.
Size: Adult suitable for ages over 10 / Youth suitable for ages under 10
Customizing the Mouthguard, Remember! Boiling water can pose a risk!
-
After bringing the water to a boil, let it cool for 30 seconds, then place the adult guard in the water for 70 seconds. (Use 30 seconds for the Youth)
-
Remove the guard from the water using a spoon, shake off the water, and immediately centre the guard on the upper teeth. (The guard should be warm)
-
Once centred with the upper teeth, bite down gently and suck/squeeze air and excess water from the guard using your tongue. You can also apply pressure from the outside with your fingers to secure it in place.
-
Retain the guard in your mouth for 30 seconds, then remove it and rinse under cold running water.
-
If the fit isn't perfect yet, redo the process until it fits correctly.
-
Should the guard prove slightly too large, you can trim the ends using a knife.

"The description of the gum shield did not match what I received. The gum shield was far too thick to wear over night It was the most uncomfortable protection I have ever worn. I was left with aching gums the following morning and sores on the corners of my mouth." | |

Reply from SkatePro: We are very sorry to hear that the mouth guard didn't live up to you expectations. It is very normal to feel sore gums the first couple of times you use a new mouth guard, even when you are just using it for half an hour. If you plan to use the mouth guard for a dental purpose, we would recommend you to contact your dentist first. If you have any questions please contact our customer service on Email@Skatepro.uk /Frede |
