MGX Mouth guard

Ultimate mouthguard featuring three density layers of shock-absorbing material, designed for maximum protection to reduce the risk of both concussions and dental harm. Includes a strap for mounting to helmet.

The MGX offers extra comfort and features a suction-fit unobstructed breathing channel and a Gel layer that adapts to the tooth and gum line.

Adult size, suitable for ages 10 & older.

To customize the mouthguard, be aware that boiling water can be hazardous!

1. Bring the water to a boil and allow it to cool for 30 seconds before submerging the adult mouthguard in the water for 60 seconds.
2. Remove the mouthguard using a spoon, shake off excess water, and promptly centre it on the upper teeth. (The mouthguard should feel warm)
3. Gently bite together once the upper teeth are centred, and use your tongue to draw out air and excess water by sucking/squeezing. Fingers may also be used to press the protector into place externally.
4. Keep the mouthguard in your mouth for 30 seconds, then remove it and rinse under cold running water.
5. If the fit is not ideal, repeat these steps until the fit is perfect.
