When you're paddling out on your surfboard, this wetsuit ensures comfort in colder water conditions. The chest zip improves the seal, helping to prevent the neck flush-through commonly experienced with a rear zip.

• Aqua-A

Aqua-A is employed in all Ion wetsuits as a solvent-free, water-based adhesive.

• Seam Reinforcements

To enhance durability at stress points inside the wetsuit, Ion utilizes Melco tape. As per Ion's advice: “If the wetsuit is inadvertently left in your car's trunk on a warm day, the tape may begin to detach. Don't worry! Use an iron gently over the area, as the adhesive is activated by heat.”

• Contour Cut

Ion wetsuits benefit from a contour cut, which follows the body's natural curves to improve flexibility and comfort.

• Drain Holes

To prevent water collection in areas where fabrics overlap, drain holes are incorporated. These holes will not enlarge.

• Leg Loop

Removable velcro loops located at the lower leg sections are included to prevent water entry from below.

• Robust

Knee areas feature L-Tex nylon for heightened protection and durability.

• Internal Key Pocket

An internal pocket resistant to water is provided inside the wetsuit for keys.

• Supra Tex

Supra Tex fabrics are employed on more vulnerable sections of the wetsuit, such as the knees, offering increased resistance to abrasion.

• GBS - Glued Blind Stitched

Neoprene panels are effectively bonded for exceptional water resistance through the use of glue combined with blind stitch sewing.
