Description

Atomic's Savor 48 Skintec skis are excellent wax-free classic cross-country skis designed for novices. These skis are equipped with Prolink Shift Pro CL bindings, compatible with NNN, Prolink (NNN), and Turnamic (NNN) boots. It is advisable to select a ski length that exceeds your height by roughly 20-25 cm. Moreover, ensure that your weight lands in the centre of the weight range suggested for the skis.

  • The Touring 3D is an ultralight design featuring a unique 3D profile, promoting balanced weight distribution.
  • The High Densolite core delivers a superb combination of good rebound, high-performance, low weight, and is tailored for light sport skiing.
  • The BI 3000 extruded base is both dependable and straightforward to maintain.
  • The Skintec base provides maximum waxless performance, featuring an easy skin exchange system for swift gliding and superior grip across various snow conditions.
  • Easy Skin Exchange allows you to change your skins within seconds without needing any tools, making it adaptable to diverse conditions and terrains.

"I purchased these skis as Atomic skis have the reputation of being more stiff, and I did not like the soft tips and tails of my previous Rossi skis. My weight is at the low end of this ski's range, and I assumed that I would get good glide. However, I found that the mohair grip catches and drags both when skiing in the tracks as well as when snowplowing down hill. Even when I moved the bindings all the way back, I still had problems with the grip catching at times while I was skiing on powder and in slightly glazed tracks. I am disappointed in the performance of this ski, and would not buy them again."

Reply from SkatePro:  Hi Kim, thank you for taking your time to give us feedback. We're sorry to hear that these skis didn't work out for you. We have carefully evaluated your case with our ski experts and our Claims Department, and nothing suggests that the skis are faulty. We think your level of experience and technique require a better pair of skis than the Atomic Savor. If you need help with finding your next skis, don't hesitate to reach out. / Your SkatePro Team
