Slide them onto the IFP (Integrated Fixation Plate) plate to adjust to your preferred position.

These cross country bindings are compatible with ski boots featuring Turnamic, Rottefella NNN, and Salomon Prolink outer soles.

Shoe sizes: US 1 - 6 (EU 33 - 40)

These bindings are mountable only on IFP plates, excluding compatibility with NIS plates.
