Guidelines for Custom Heat Mouldable Insoles

Our Gamechangers Elite's unique arch technology activates upon heating, allowing the insole to expand and conform to your foot.

1. Trim the toe to accommodate your shoes. Ensure they slide in smoothly.
2. Place the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. Do not use a microwave.
3. Once the arch is completely soft, they're ready. Stand on them with socks for 1-2 minutes. (While sitting only for enhanced arch support). Then insert them into shoes and walk.
4. Avoid bending the Gamechangers at 90-degree angles immediately after removing them from the oven, as it may damage the foam.

FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite typically require 1-3 days to break in. Allow your feet time to acclimate to the arch support.
