The Altus 12" 2022 Balance Bike from Subrosa is neither a true BMX nor an actual bike. It lacks a drivetrain—a feature that includes cranks, chain, pedals, and similar components.

Designed for toddlers, it aids in enhancing motor skills from a young age, all while ensuring plenty of enjoyment. Known as a "push-bike", it requires children to use their feet for movement and speed generation.

It includes some authentic BMX components, such as a Rant front load stem, a Subrosa 1pc combo seat, and wide Rant Squad 2.20" tires, contributing to maintaining balance.
