Learning how to instal a headset is essential for any BMX rider. This video will show you the steps to instal an integrated BMX headset:

1. Begin by applying grease to the cups within the head tube.
2. Then, place your top bearing into position.
3. Repeat this action at the bottom of the head tube.
4. Lift the frame and insert the fork.
5. Slide the C-ring onto the fork, and then add the headset's top cap.
