Steps for Installing BMX Handlebars

Here’s how to attach handlebars to your BMX with ease:

Using an Allen key, loosen and remove the stem's faceplate.
Position the handlebar within the stem, ensuring that the knurled part is perfectly centered.
Reattach the stem to the handlebar and initially secure the bolts with your fingers.
Employ the Allen key to tighten the bolts, gradually using a criss-cross technique to maintain even tension on all four bolts.
Confirm that the spacing between the stem and the faceplate remains consistent before finalizing the bolt tightening. If evenly spaced, completely tighten the bolts using the criss-cross approach.

With the handlebars now secured, you are ready to go!
