About the Canadian domain, I am sorry to hear that it was not that clear enough on the website. We have it to make the purchase with us much easier. This way you are able to see all the products within your language and, the prices in the local currency. Also, If you need to call us, you have a local phone number, so no additional cost to communicate with us :)

I can see that the skis you have ordered are Atomic Redster S7 Skate + Binding Cross Country Skis. The name of the skis mention that the bindings are included. I am sorry if you have missed this information..
Usually, once the order is placed for skis and bindings separately, the system stops the order for our inspection. However, it did not do that this time, as the skis already come with bindings, therefore there was no need for us to check the compatibility of skis and bindings. You are right though, you did order a mounting plate and bindings separately as well, however, as mentioned before, since the skis come with its own bindings, the system did not recognize the need to pause the order.

I am very sorry about this inconvenience. This is a very specific case, which typically never occurs as we inspect each order that the system stops...

You can still return the bindings and plates back to us, however, if you do not wish to do so, I believe you can always sell them online.

Again, I am sorry about this case...

I am very sorry about the delay... Usually we do not experience such massive delays, however, UPS had mechanical issues and many parcels could not have been placed on the plane in time, which resulted in a massive backlog in Europe. To our knowledge, this issue has already been resolved and there should not be any major delays anymore.:)

I am sorry about your experience. I can see that you were in touch with us regarding this issue. We have kindly asked you to provide a few pictures or a video where we can clearly see the issue (this is our standard procedure), you have mentioned that you had already taken the scooter to your local repair shop, so they could take a look. We completely understand that this was done in order to get the situation fixed as soon as possible, so your son could use the scooter again, unfortunately, once this is done, we could not have offered you a new scooter or new parts for free as we did not receive any evidence of the malfunction.

I can see, however, that my colleague Elliot did offer you a partial refund of 10% of the scooter price. I have processed the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for a refund to be visible in your bank statements, depending on your bank.

Overall, I am really sorry about this experience. If this ever happens again (which we hope it won't 😃), please reach out to us immediately before going to local repair shops.
