I'm not sure if it was a deformed strap from the factory or if these were returned by somebody, but I got a set of skates I couldn't use. I emailed the company but didn't hear back for 3 days, by that time I had already ordered some straps from another company. SkatePro refunded me the $15 I spent on the straps, but I haven't received the straps from the other company yet, so I still haven't been able to actually use these skates.
