There was no padding around the products box and the movement of the shipping caused the product box to completely break apart scattering the binding components. The product I ordered contained many separate and small parts. Parts could have easily been broken or lost, luckily that was not the case, nothing was damaged and no parts were lost. This problem would have been fixed by backing paper." | |

They emailed me back in a timely manner explaining to me what to do next. So I sent a video and a picture as per the email. They emailed me back saying they agree with me send them in. I spent more money sending them back to later discover it was nothing they could do for me regarding the skates. They sent them back to me. $260 down the drain because I can't use the skates at all.
