I was a little nervous ordering at first because of some negative reviews, but those seem to be centered around the beginning of the pandemic when everything was a s***show. I have never bought gear from the EU->USA but the prices were so good I had to give it a try. I ordered a ski setup that was shipped to me within a week and a half (including a US Customs delay). I also accidentally ordered the wrong size ski so I wrote an email to Skatepro asking to correct my mistake and by the time I woke up they had resolved it. My order was sent out quickly, but there was a delay with US Customs over the materials of the ski boots. Fedex reached out to me and I had to fill out some import paperwork and Skatepro took care of the footwear info to get it resolved and everything just showed up at my door in perfect shape. When these issues arose I was able to talk with their customer service dept immediately, and they answered my emails in a very timely fashion." | |

They don't care about your issues, nor do they have a sense of urgency. They promised to save replacements for me after my package was lost & then SOLD OUT of the items they said they saved. It took a week+ for them to send a replacement, even though this is a common issue. They lost my package twice, & other reviews show lost items and terrible service. They agreed to send my replacement via UPS, because FedEx lost the first one, & then they sent it FedEx again. Then it was lost, AGAIN! I still have not received my items I ordered a month ago. It is impossible to get them on the phone, even during their hours. They keep offering to refund. I have spent hours talking to CS/FedEx, emailing, photographing, tracking. A refund is offensive. I just want the items they accepted my money for a month ago!" | |
