The return process was tricky and I thought paying for the shipping label was too high. It was not clear where to purchase it and instructions on how to get it after I purchased. In the end it all worked out. But waiting for a response to my emailing and calling SkatePro was long and annoying. QUALITY- NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH the quality is the product I received. The stitching on the tongue of the boot is undone and the cushion is exposed. There are string of thread all along the boot and looks like someone stopped sewing the boot. The size was also off from what was advertised. The skates squeak as well and I’m hoping they don’t just fall apart, it’s very unsettling." | |

I placed order on May 15th and once my payment was processed I received a notification of when my package would ship and a tracking number for UPS. I didn't realize SkatePro was based out of Europe, not that it would have been a contributing factor in my decision to purchase from them. "US BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I placed an order on April 30, it is now June 9, still haven't received my package. I gave more than enough time for the package to arrive and i still got nothing. SkatePro marked my package as "delivered" even though i never received it. Last update on my package says it was processed in Chicago on May 19. I sent an email to Skatepro on June 4th asking for a refund because its been way more than a month, but i got no response instead, they just marked my package as "delivered"! "Honestly incredibly disappointed with customer service of this company. I placed an order on the 1st of May for the Razor shifts Loca women’s aggressive skates. In my order it is clearly stated that I purchased a US Women’s size 9, I waited around 3 weeks to receive my parcel only to be sent a complete different size. What’s worse is all my efforts to reach out about the situation have gone unanswered. The phone line is down and I have sent several emails with a reply saying I would hear back in 5 business days . Honestly it’s so disappointing since it’s now well over a month since I originally made my purchase and the skates were by no means cheap. I’m frustrated with the entire process and I wish someone from their team would have the decency to reply to my many emails so we can clear this up, I don’t need a size 7.5 and I really don’t want to be stuck waiting another 3weeks to receive what I ordered in the first place ." | |

"I ordered Chaya skates 4/30/20. Today is 5/29/20. The charges were immediately taken out on 4/30/20 and the skates are still pending in Denmark. They do not receive incoming calls. The email reply I received was addressed to Mr.Brian Olson with a $25 coupon (my name isn't Brian). I requested a refund why would I make another purchase when I haven't received the first one. I will not be buying else anything from outside the USA during this pandemic. Buyer beware....Customer service is horrible. I'm out of $100 and no longer want/need the product." | |
