| "I understand the issues with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic, but there is no excuse for a lack of communication. This company does not offer any feedback on orders. In fact, we have waited very patiently since the middle of April and have not received any feedback on our individual order. All we've received is a general email stating with excuses. If you cannot fulfill an order then why even advertise? It wasn't before we received our order confirmation that we were notified about slow international shipping. Order was placed on April 15th and we will give it a few more days. All we are asking for is communication. Don't ignore your paying customers." | |

They have already charged my account, but I have not received an order confirmation a receipt or any correspondence of any kind. My account doesn’t show that there ever was an order that was placed, and when you email their team for assistance, it’s take them almost two weeks to respond with an automated message about slow processing times. They have made it so that I cannot get a refund, and they seem to feel no need to reach out to me or give me any sort of information on my order. They say the processing is delayed, but this whole thing seems a lot more like a scam than a business that ever actually intends to provide the merchandise you paid for. While at times I was a bit concerned due to very little tracking information and updates, I knew it was not the fault of SKATEPRO. The skis finally processed through New York on May 7, arrived in Wisconsin 9:01am May 8, were out for delivery at 9:35am May 8, and showed up on my doorstep at 10:17am May 8. No signature was needed since the Post office has relaxed some of the restrictions on this end. Again, the waiting was very concerning, but when that package arrived, all was forgiven! On top of the best sale price ever for Head Supershape Magnum 177cm, I also received free ski straps and a free ski bag! Now, I just hope our resorts will be able to open this November.
