Reply from SkatePro: Hola, Christian: Gracias por su reseña. Lo cierto es que en su primer pedido, se equivocó en su propia dirección, de forma que USPS no pudo hacer la entrega. Tras este error por su parte, decidimos darle la posibilidad de reenviarle el pedido de los productos junto con un par de patines incluso más caros que los primeros que pidió pero sin tener que pagar por la diferencia, y enviado a través de UPS en lugar de la agencia de transporte que usted eligió al principio, sabiendo que UPS es $27 más cara y más profesional. También comenta que lleva más de 2 meses esperando los productos cuando en realidad, usted nos notificó el error suyo en la dirección de entrega el 6 de diciembre y el día 18 de diciembre tenía el segundo pedido enviado sin ningún gasto para usted. Por lo que no son correctas las fechas que indica. Lamentamos enormemente que haya tenido una experiencia mala, pero hemos hecho todo lo que ha estado en nuestras manos para poder solucionarle el error sin ningún gasto para usted.
