Selecting skate sizes for youth who could fit either large youth or small adult is confusing and led to ordering a size that didn't fit. Their "easy" returns cost $19 CDN, plus a trip to UPS. And you have to send it to Denmark. I got a message that the box I sent it back in (totally unused skates in perfect condition) was damaged therefore they deducted another $10. This has been a very expensive return and not worth the "sale" I got in the first place. Next time I will buy Canadian and make sure the purchase and returns can be done locally." | |
