Despite this broad offering, they are still most renowned for their tape, with items like the Bear Grip tape celebrated for their sleek designs and smooth finish.

Established in 2002 by Torey Pudwill, this brand began when he was only 12 years old, experimenting with creating his own griptape at home. From these modest origins, Grizzly has risen to be an influential name in skateboarding, and their iconic bear logo is now spotted in skateparks globally.

Throughout the years, Grizzly has assembled a successful skate team that includes major figures like Mark Appleyard, Shane O’Neill, and Luan Oliveira.
