Jan Welch, the individual responsible for this brand, is a trailblazer in the American skater scene. Starting his skating journey in 1991, Jan aimed to bring together the skating community. He was a key figure in the inception of Scum Magazine, which swiftly became a worldwide sensation within just two years, capturing the spirit of aggressive skating along with its culture, music, and art. Scum Magazine ran from 1995 to 1999.
Jan is arguably most renowned for his film productions. In 2005, the video “Leading the Blind” was honoured with the title “Video of the Year” by the French publication Pello Mag.
